My stay at Bura Lumpai Resort was quite peaceful and serene, nestled in a beautiful location by the lake surrounded by mountains. However, I did encounter some service issues, such as inconsistent housekeeping and a restaurant closure without prior notice. Overall, it provided a tranquil escape, but the service could definitely be improved.
